Manufacturing Process

1. Steel Framing

Inner steel frame to support the external shape. It contains and protects electric parts.

2. Modeling

Incise original sponge into suitable parts, assemble and paste to cover the finished steel frame. Preliminarily make the product shape.

3. Carving

Accurately carving each part of the model to have realistic features, include muscles and obvious structure, etc.

4. Painting

According to required color style, firstly mix the specified colors and then paint on different layers.

5. Final Testing

We inspect and make sure all motions are correct and sensitive as per the specified program, Color style and pattern are accord with required. Each dinosaur will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.

6. On-site Installation

We will send engineers to customer's place to install dinosaurs.

Size：From 1m to 30 m long,other size is also available.	Net Weight：Determined by the size of dinosaur (eg: 1 set 10m long T-rex weighs close to 550kg).
Color：Any color is available.	Accessories: Control cox, Speaker, Fiberglass rock，Infrared sensor etc.
Lead Time：15-30 days or depends on quantity after payment.	Power: 110/220V, 50/60hz or customized without extra charge.
